Who We Are

We're a small, independent agency based in the heart of Leicester with a focus on delivering great work to a diverse set of clients. Our work combines Motion, 3D and Graphic Design with strategic thinking to help create distinctive and interesting outcomes. We’re ‘ideas people’ at heart and enjoy the process of creativity; we see our team as a family, working together to strengthen our offering and having fun in the process. We want staff to grow with the agency and give freedom to develop skills in-house through collaborative and experimental working.

What we're looking for

You'll be a Middleweight / Senior designer with a positive, can-do attitude, industry experience and a keen interest in all aspects of design. You’ll have a strong background in creating design solutions from scratch and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to generate concepts based on creative briefs. You’ll be happy to get involved in each project and know that collaboration and sharing of ideas leads to a stronger outcome. Beyond design, you'll have a personality that fits in with the team, bringing new interests, skills and ideas to the studio. You’ll also be able to give and receive critical feedback with a pinch of salt.

• A self motivated designer with a goal driven personality who is not afraid to ask questions
• A creative thinker with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Drawing Skills would be an advantage
• Copywriting Skills would be an advantage and are highly desirable
• Able to execute work to a high standard in line with our current portfolio
• A focus on conceptual thinking, typography and layout
• BA degree in design / graphic design is desirable and at least 2 years of agency experience is essential
• Strong communication skills, articulate and happy to take a client facing role
• A sharp eye for layout, consistency, format and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• A genuine team player who has the patience to handle ‘bread-and-butter’ work every now and then

Responsibilities

• Consistently coming up with original, creative ideas relevant to the clients' needs
• Stay up to date with the design industry
• Designing, developing and executing large and small creative briefs to a high standard
• Presenting and selling ideas to clients
• Working to set schedules and delivering work on time
• Working directly with clients and developing positive relationships
• Assisting in the creative direction and development of the agency
